Getting Ready

Corus Kids of Steel is not a competition, it is about having a go and doing your best.

No training is required, all you need to be able to do is swim, ride a bike and run. However, if you want to prepare, practise each element of the triathlon and focus on the hard part – the transition.

This is the bit where you move from one activity to the other as quickly as possible.

Try putting on your shoes, helmet and jumping on your bike as fast as you can. The more times your try this, the easier it will be on the day.

On the Day
On the Day As well as doing a triathlon, you'll have great fun and get to meet some professional triathletes. You'll also receive a special Corus Kids of Steel goody bag.
