Hollie Avil

Hollie launched herself onto the international stage in 2007 with wins at both the ITU European Junior Championships and the ITU World Junior Championships.  In addition she won the Corus Elite Series event at Strathclyde Park.   At just turned 17, Hollie received the BOA Triathlete of the Year in 2007 and was also short listed for the BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year and the Sunday Times Young Sportswoman of the Year.  Hollie’s sights are firmly set on the London 2012 Olympics.  Hollie will be supporting the Corus Kids of Steel event at Corby near her home town of Northampton.
