 After spending most of 2007 on the sidelines due to injury, Helen’s focus and determination to succeed was rewarded with a double win in the ITU Triathlon Pan American Cups in Chile and Argentina in January 2008. Helen is working hard at ensuring she is on the start line for the Madrid World Cup races at the end of June, the British Olympic selection event for Beijing. Helen will be supporting the Corus Kids of Steel event at Newport near her Welsh base.
